Here is a summary of the findings of investigations that the Québec Ombudsman has undertaken in recent months, following complaints from citizens. For each case, the information includes the reasons for the complaint and the Québec Ombudsma's recommendations to the government ministry, organization or authority.
To meet its confidentiality considerations, the Québec Ombudsman may omit certain information if its publication may risk identifying the complainant.
